This site shows you your IP address and details about your connection. It reads them from your request and doesn't store or log them.

Some checks run in your browser and contact other services. To find your IPv4 and IPv6 addresses separately, your browser asks api.ipify.org and api6.ipify.org. For the WebRTC check, it contacts public STUN servers run by Cloudflare and Google. These services can see your IP address when your browser contacts them.

The DNS leak test makes your browser look up random names under t.ipdidi.com, which only our own DNS server answers. The server records which DNS servers asked and any client subnet they passed along, looks up their country and network in the DB-IP database on the same machine, keeps this in memory for 10 minutes to show you the result, and then deletes it.

When you use the IP lookup or the IP fraud score check, the address or domain name you enter is sent to our server. It looks up the location and network in the DB-IP database, checks the address against public proxy, VPN, Tor and blacklist lists kept on the server, and finds the hostname through Cloudflare's DNS service. Results are cached for a few hours so repeated lookups are faster. We don't record who looked up which address.

The unlock test checks the IP's country and type on our server, the same way as the IP lookup. Its connection test makes your browser contact each service's own website (chatgpt.com, claude.ai, netflix.com and the others) directly, so those sites can see your IP address. It only runs when you click the button.

ASN lookups are answered with public BGP and registry data from RIPEstat, run by the RIPE NCC. Our server sends RIPEstat only the AS number or IP address you looked up, never your own IP, and keeps the answer in Cloudflare's cache for a day.

The proxy checker sends the proxies you enter, including any username and password, to our server on Cloudflare. It connects to each proxy once, asks api64.ipify.org through it for the proxy's exit IP and looks that IP up the same way as the IP lookup. Proxies, passwords and results aren't stored or logged; your IP is held in memory for up to a minute to limit how many checks can be run.

The browser fingerprint test and the What is my browser page read your browser's details with JavaScript and do all calculations in your browser. The fingerprint is not sent to us or stored on our server. To compare, our server returns the request headers your browser sends with every request (user agent, language and client hints) back to you without logging them. The fingerprint test keeps your last fingerprint ID and the time of the test in your browser's local storage so it can tell you whether it changed; clearing your browser's site data removes it.

The ping test makes your browser request a tiny file from this site 40 times and times the requests in your browser. The results aren't sent to us or stored.

The IPv6 test makes your browser connect to v4.t.ipdidi.com, v6.t.ipdidi.com and ds.t.ipdidi.com on our test server, which sends back the address you connected from with its country and network from the DB-IP database and the same public lists as the IP lookup. These requests aren't logged. The test also looks up two random names under v6ns.t.ipdidi.com, which works like the DNS leak test: the DNS servers that asked are kept in memory for 10 minutes and then deleted.

The port checker makes our server on Cloudflare try a TCP connection to the IP address you're visiting from, on the ports you enter. It can't check any other address. The ports and results aren't logged; your IP is held in memory for up to a minute to limit how many checks can be run.

The screen resolution page reads your screen, window and display details with JavaScript in your browser. Nothing from it is sent to our server.

The My location page shows your IP location from the same data as the home page. If you choose to share your device location, the coordinates stay in your browser except for two requests you start: BigDataCloud turns them into a street address, and OpenStreetMap shows the map. Nothing about your location reaches our server.

The VPN test combines the checks from the other pages: it asks our server for your IP details, runs the WebRTC, DNS and IPv6 tests and compares your browser's time zone and language with your IP location. The results stay in your browser.

The packet loss test sends numbered test packets from your browser through Cloudflare's TURN relay and back to your browser. Our server only hands out short-lived relay credentials; the packets carry no personal data and nothing is stored.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes requests to serve the pages.
